Our most popular programs of the year were:


1. HIIT Yoga Fusion with Yasmin

This intermediate 40-minute program is comprised of three high-intensity intervals, each including a series of Power Vinyasa movements and bodyweight exercises. Each movement is done for 30 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between, and each circuit is performed twice throughout the program. The continuous flow of movement and rest is designed to keep your heart pumping at optimal levels for burning fat and building muscle.


2. Vinyasa for Strong Arms with Yasmin

Follow along as Yasmin guides you through a series of Sun Salutations and bodyweight exercises that will have you working up a sweat while you tone and strengthen your arms. Recommended for intermediate-to-advanced yogis.


3. Pilates for Beginners with CC

This 20-minute program will introduce you to some of the basic movements and breathwork of the Pilates practice, all while building muscle and stretching out the body. Accessible for all levels of yogis, this Pilates program is the perfect strength-building exercise to pair with our more restorative yoga programs.


4. Ashtanga Primary Series: Standing Sequence with Steph

This 43-minute flow includes the legendary Ashtanga Primary Series, an invigorating and challenging sequence of sun salutations and standing asanas designed to purify the mind, body, and nervous system through movement and breath. This program is recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners and features modifications for those with variable range of motion.


5. Floor Yoga for Beginners with Adelina

This 30-minute flow will move you through a series of gentle asanas and stretches, all performed on the floor and perfect for anyone seeking an effective, yet low-impact yoga workout.

Our most popular teachers of the year were:


1. Yasmin

Yasmin is a Cuban-born professional model and fitness enthusiast. She now lives in sunny Florida where she uses her passion for yoga and knowledge of fitness and the human body to create beautiful imagery.


2. Scarlet

Scarlet is a professional model and self-proclaimed sunshine chaser, who brings her positivity and passion to her beautiful yoga practice.


3. CC

CC is a full-time art model, photographer, and streamer, originally from West Virginia and currently based in sunny Los Angeles. She finds joy in yoga as well as organic movement such as free-form dance. Her first love is travel, and she’s been across the world exploring other cultures and ways of life. She can be found across all major social media platforms expressing herself through art and creativity.


4. Steph

Steph is a full time model and content creator dedicated to creative self expression through photographic art. She’s currently studying integrative nutrition with plans to become a wellness coach, and with 8 years as a yoga practitioner, she believes Earth would be a happier, healthier place if we all breathed a little deeper. Aside from yoga, you can usually find her rock climbing, cooking, and adventuring with her puppy.


5. Maury

Maury is a professional dancer, aerialist, actress, and certified yoga instructor based in Los Angeles. When she isn’t touring all over the world as a dancer, she can often be found going on outdoor adventures and spending time with her cat.
