I prefer doing yoga naked because it makes me feel less restricted. It makes me feel more liberated and free. I just live a very naked lifestyle. So it’s nice when I can practice yoga naked. It just feels more natural.

My name is Steph Sinn, aka Steph in Space, and I live in Thousand Oaks, California.

Where are you from originally?

I’m originally from Tucson, Arizona, born and raised, and I moved out to California about seven years ago.

What brought you to California?

Since I’ve been little, I’ve always wanted to live in Southern California. I used to take trips out to San Diego with my family when I was younger, and I fell in love with the ocean and the vibe. I always told myself that when I graduated college that I would move out here, and so that’s what I did.

What do you do for work?

I’m a content creator. I like to say that I’m a creatrix. I’m also a freelance model, so I do a lot of creative shooting, mainly fine art nudes in nature. That’s my favorite thing to shoot. I also am an OnlyFans content creator as well as another platform, Fansly. I create all different types of content, and then I recently graduated as a holistic health coach, so I’m starting to build up my business around that. I’m about to start offering wellness mentorships for people that are wanting to live happier and healthier lives and need someone to hold them accountable for that.

It’s holistic in the sense that we look at all of these different areas of your life. So yes, diet is a part of it, but you could be eating the healthiest diet in the world, and if you’re not addressing other things like physical activity or your home environment, your career, your finances, your sexuality, where you find creativity and joy, then you’re probably still not going to be healthy. So we look at all of these different aspects of your life and where they’re out of balance and try to create sustainable behavior changes that over time will help you feel more balanced overall in life.

How long have you been practicing yoga?

It’s been a long time. I started doing yoga over 10 years ago now, and it’s funny because the first time that I tried yoga, I absolutely hated it. I went to a Bikram class and I was like, what is this? I died. It was hot. I didn’t resonate with it at all. And then I gave a Vinyasa flow class a try, and the way that the instructor gave the cues and the way that she was talking about yoga in general didn’t seem too “woo woo”. It was spiritual, but very physically engaging as well. Something clicked and I had like an “aha” moment and absolutely fell in love with it after that one class. And then I just started doing it every single day. And 10 years later, here we are.

How do you stay consistent with yoga?

The main driver in being consistent with yoga for me is the fact that I always feel better after I practice yoga. Every single time, if I’m feeling mentally foggy or energetically low, I do yoga and I instantly feel better. So knowing that I will feel a change in my energy and a shift in my mental state and physical state, that’s what keeps me motivated and consistent.

What are some changes you’ve noticed from practicing yoga?

It’s a very grounding practice for me. I can wake up and my head will be in so many different places, but once I connect to my breath, once I connect to my body and go through my yoga practice, I start to feel more grounded and clear in my mind. I’m in my car a lot. I’m driving to shoots. I travel a lot. And [after yoga] my body feels more open. It feels better. I have less soreness and chronic pain.

What do you like about doing naked yoga?

I prefer doing yoga naked because it makes me feel less restricted. It makes me feel more liberated and free. I just live a very naked lifestyle. So it’s nice when I can practice yoga naked. It just feels more natural.

What’s it like being on set with TNY?

To be on set with True Naked Yoga is amazing. Their team is so much fun to be around and they’re just very respectful and efficient with what they do. They always make it a very fun and easy environment to be in.

What was your favorite program on set today?

Definitely the partner yoga, that was fucking awesome. Definitely out of my norm. And it's fun to have to trust and communicate with another human. It brought a little bit of lightness to my practice.

Where can we find your work?

My website is sinninspace.com. That’s my little corner of the internet where you can find all the information about me.
