Often when we don’t like something about our bodies we cover it or try to avoid looking at it, but by facing ourselves in our purest, most authentic form, we can develop acceptance and appreciation for our bodies. Helping us to feel more connected to ourselves and partners

By removing our armors of clothing, we can become more intimate with ourselves and with our partners.
