“True Naked Yoga – Hatha Yoga with Yasmin” is a return to the natural and unrestrained practice of nude yoga. Hatha yoga is an ancient form of yoga but is still one of the most commonly practiced types today. Similar to Vinyasa, it connects breath to body movement but is slower-paced, which allows the body more time to stretch and settle into each pose.
This twelve-minute program begins with a traditional Daoist breath meditation. It is perfect for yogis of intermediate skill levels and above looking to improve their flexibility and experience a well-rounded yoga session that encourages breath, body, and mind alignment. Namaste!
