Flexibility Series Playlist:

1. Legs with Indi (12 mins)

This program focuses on the legs. Indi will take you through a few gentle warm-ups and deep seated and standing stretches to really focus on gaining flexibility in the calves and hamstrings.

2. Hips with Indi (15 mins)

This program focuses on the hips. Indi will take you through a few gentle warm-ups, mobility movements, and deep stretches to work on gaining flexibility in the hips and pelvis.

3. Back with Madeline (14 mins)

This program focuses on the back. In this program Madeline will take you through a few gentle warm-ups and some deep back openers to work on gaining flexibility in the back and spine.

4. Neck & Shoulders with Madeline (11 mins)

This video focuses on the neck and shoulders. In this program Madeline will take you through a few warm-ups, gentle mobility movements, and soothing stretches to work on gaining flexibility and relieving pain in that area.

5. Full Body with Madeline (16 mins)

This video focuses on the entire body! In this program Madeline will guide you through a combination of warmups, mobility movements, and stretches from all four of our previous Flexibility Series programs to give your whole body a flexibility makeover.
