“True Naked Yoga – Yin Yoga” is a return to the natural and unrestrained practice of nude yoga. Follow along with Kara as she guides you through this meditative and restorative 23-minute flow that is designed to relax your body and calm your mind. This slower-paced Yin Yoga program targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and ligaments in the body, giving them a chance to deeply stretch and release.
In this practice, you'll hold poses for a longer period of time while also adding gentle movement, which hydrates and stretches the often tight fascia in the body, which can relieve pain and discomfort. Give yourself a chance to slow down, breathe, and be within the present moment with this nude Yin Yoga class.
Some of the poses in this program require a block, bolster, or an object that can substitute such as a pillow or rolled-up blanket. If you have any injuries, you may wish to speak with a doctor before participating in this program. Namaste.
