Upcoming Change Affecting Your Account

UPDATE 10/20/2022: We are back! Our new payment processor is up and running. Existing members you will need to request a new password using the same email address linked to your membership. You can do that here.

UPDATE 10/16/2022: Our website will be down for a scheduled update from Tuesday 10/18 at 8am to Wednesday 10/19 at 6pm PST to integrate our new payment processor. After this update you will be able to login using your current email but will be asked to request a new password in order to access your member area.

UPDATE 10/8/2022: We are in the final stages of integrating with our new payment processor! Your current subscription pricing will stay the same once your new accounts are transferred over.

Yearly Members: Your accounts will be switching to monthly billing upon your renewal date. Your pricing will remain the same but divided by twelve. We hope to reinstate yearly billing in the future, but as of right now we are only able to over monthly billing.

Once we finish integration you will receive an email with details on how to access your new account. Thanks for your patience.

UPDATE 9/10/2022: We are making progress switching over to our new payment processor! In the meantime if your account was up for renewal and has been canceled, we will send you an email with information on how to continue accessing the site during this transition.

UPDATE 9/2/2022: If your account is up for renewal, you may receive a notification that your payment has been declined and/or your account has been canceled. If this occurs and you are unable to access your account, we ask that you reach out to us at support@truenakedyoga.com and we can restore access for you.

We wanted to take a moment to update you on some upcoming challenges that True Naked Yoga is facing and how we intend to overcome them.

As a Naked Yoga practitioner, you can likely relate to our sentiment that the world is lagging far behind in terms of accepting and celebrating nudity as we do. With so much stigma still associated with the naked human body, it is often difficult for us to offer our product online via mainstream channels.

Due to this dated perspective, recent changes to the terms and conditions of our payment processor have resulted in a ban on any business involving nudity and we’ve been forced to migrate our payment system to a new, more nudity-friendly service. We were given an unreasonably short lead time, which may cause some hiccups on the site in the coming weeks.

We want to assure you that your membership will always be honored and that we’re working hard to resolve this issue to avoid any disruptions to your access.

While this is an unfortunate speed bump, we’re using it as an opportunity so that we can avoid from having this happen again.
