“True Naked Yoga – Yinyasa Yoga” is a return to the natural and unrestrained practice of naked yoga. “Yinyasa” combines the energy of the vinyasa flow with the restorative side of Yin yoga. In the privacy of your own home, Crystal will guide you through this 23-minute flow, bringing together dynamic vinyasa poses and relaxing yin stretches that will target deep into the muscles and connective tissues.
This program is perfect for yogis at every level who would like to build their strength and endurance while also moving onto the rest of their day feeling renewed and peaceful.
Some of the poses in this program require a block, bolster, or an object that can substitute such as a pillow or rolled-up blanket. If you have any injuries, you may wish to speak with a doctor before participating in this program.
