…when you’re comfortable in your own skin, you really can do anything. It can really help your confidence if you look at yourself in the mirror naked every day. I see myself naked literally every day and this is just who I am.

My name is Eila Adams and I live in Toronto, Canada. I grew up in a small town in British Columbia called Kelowna and then I moved to Toronto when I was about 15. I’ve been there ever since and I’m turning 35 next month. Wow, 15-20 years.

What’s something interesting you could tell us about Toronto that most people may not know?

Well, we do have a nude beach. Not many people know that and it’s also legal to be topless in the streets, so you can walk around topless in Toronto.

How long have you been into the nude scene?

Since I was 18, I immediately started nude modeling at 18 and then I auditioned for where I currently work at Naked News when I was 23, and I’ve been there ever since. And as I said, I’m turning 35 next month!

How long have you been doing yoga for?

I think I was like 20 years old when I did my first class and I actually didn’t like yoga at first. I thought it was really slow and boring. But as I got older, I started to practice more and more and realized how good it is for your body and for your muscles. So now I practice at least once a week. I actually prefer hot yoga over regular yoga though.

What do you do for work?

I work for a company called Naked News. It’s a news program like any other news program except the girls are all naked. I host the show, I do sports, entertainment, and I write a naked workout segment called Flex Appeal. That’s why I’m used to doing these intense workouts. It’s been a super fun job. I get to travel, interview tons of cool people and I love it.

What’s your favorite food?

Well, anything that’s bad for me, I love candy, junk food, because I never allow myself to have it. I’m strict with my diet, but every now and then I’ll have one of those fun nights and let loose and eat candy. That’s the best. I love gummies. Fuzzy peaches, gummy bears, those cola bottles, I love green frogs, just all of them. There’s no gummy that I don’t like. Now I’m hungry.

What’s your favorite thing about doing yoga?

You feel so energized and rinsed afterwards, and your body feels so good and stretched out. It’s just such a good feeling. It’s very relaxing. That’s the best part about doing yoga.

What’s something in your life that shaped who you are today?

I don’t know. I guess being so comfortable with nudity. Because when you’re comfortable in your own skin, you really can do anything. It can really help your confidence if you look at yourself in the mirror naked every day. I think that can help build your confidence for sure. So I see myself naked literally every day and this is just who I am.

What was your first job and how did it end?

I actually worked at a hardware store as a cashier for two weeks and I just absolutely hated it. I’m pretty sure I just didn’t show up when I was scheduled and yes, I was fired. But then the job that I got after that, which pretty much lasted my entire high school career, I worked at a lingerie store folding underwear. It’s like the Canadian version of Victoria’s Secret, La Senza.

How did you become so comfortable being naked?

I think that even when I was growing up, when I was a kid my parents were always comfortable with nudity. It wasn’t a weird thing for me to see my mom in the shower or whatever. But even when I was a kid, I was always the first one to suggest streaking at sleepovers. And I used to love mooning people. I’ve just always been comfortable with nudity. And I think even my friends since they’ve been around me, they’ve become more comfortable with nudity because nudity is silly. I just love nudity. There’s nothing wrong with it. I think everybody should be more comfortable on their own skin.
